COVID-19 Project
Under this project we have worked on building an application tool for the public/research community to expand there analysis on the world-wide pandemic of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). As a major part of the project we have created a phylogenetic analysis and a covid browser. Please visit each page for more information for each sub project under the COVID-19 main project. The project is sponsored by NSF.
Phylogenetic Analysis
In this sub project we analyzed and visualized SARS-CoV 19 samples and implemented a tool where users can upload their .json files and view phylogenetic trees.
Covid Browser
In this project we have utilized and implemented a browser to upload and view mutations for samples collected from SARS-CoV 19 infected patients.
